The appraisal was performed by a Graduate Gemologist in accordance with the generally accepted practices of Ind. Gem Labs, Inc. An appraisal is a bona fide opinion, which will vary based upon the experience of the appraiser as much as 25%. No taxes were added to the value. All statements are true to the best of the appraisers’ knowledge at the time. The appraiser has no interest in the item in either the past or the future. The value is based on the highest and best use for determining replacement. Unless expressly stated, the condition of the item(s) is good for its type, with deficiencies and repairs noted and recorded. Ordinary wear and tear common to this type of item is not recorded.

Diamond and colored gemstones were graded only to the extent the mounting(s) would permit and were not removed from their settings for exact weight or quality grades. Mounted diamond and colored gemstones were calculated by formula. Evaluation of the item was performed using usual and ordinary gemological methods. Advanced tests were not performed, including but not limited to examining stones for indications of HPHT and irradiation treatments. Evaluation of colored stones does not include determination or disclosure of any treatment. Independent Gem Labs does not determine the origin of colored stones.

Clarity enhanced diamonds are filled with a substance that is light and heat sensitive. Cleaning processes may result in damage to the filler. All grades given for clarity enhanced diamonds are descriptive of the stones with the filler. If the filler is removed color and clarity grades will normally decline one or two grades.
